Full job description:
Provide quality assistance for the elderly, including any or all of the following: Companionship, Homemaking, which may include light housekeeping, meal planning, and meal preparation, transportation, and Personal Care. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, eating/feeding, toileting, mobility/transferring.
Requirements:
You're reliable
You provide quality caregiving to the elderly
You're polite
One year of professional caregiving for the elderly
Three work references
Speak and understand English at the average adult ability
At least 18 years old and acceptable Form I-9 documents, which provide identity and authority to work in
the United States of America
Negative drug test
Negative results of Tuberculosis test/chest x-ray
Acceptable physical test
Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry (if needed, we will help you with this)
If transporting a client:
valid driver's license
reliable automobile
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) acceptable to company standards
